Assistant Client Advisor

Our client, a luxury retail brand, is looking for a professional and dependable assistant client advisor to join their Montecito team for the holidays!

Responsibilities:
- Customer service – Providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients, providing recommendations, answering questions.
- Sales - Identifying business opportunities, achieving sales quotas, preparing sales proposals to elevate the client experience.
- Cash Register - Operating POS, processing payments, online orders, and refunds.
- Problem Solving - Responding to client concerns and complaints in a professional and constructive manner.
- Time Management - Juggling multiple tasks at once, such as replenishing merchandise, assisting clients, and recovering the sales floor.

Requirements:
- Must be available to work Black Friday and the week leading up to Christmas.
- Full-time availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- This is an on-site role. Candidates should be based in the greater Santa Barbara area to be considered.
