Membership & Audience Development Manager

Our client, a cultural non profit organization, is looking to hire a Membership & Audience Development Manager on a temp to perm basis, ASAP!

This role is 5x/week onsite in midtown - no exceptions.

Responsibilities
- Develop audience strategies to expand engagement across various channels (social, digital, in person, email, etc)
- Identify new member prospects
- Oversee communication calendar and fulfillment of membership benefits
- Assist with member only events -- exhibition previews, galas, meet and greets
- Manage database to ensure members and prospects are properly recorded
- Assist with new member applications, invoices, tax information, and acknowledgments
- Act as ambassador for social media initiatives by sharing posts within your network


Qualifications
- 4 year degree
- At least 3 of experience in nonprofit with a focus on membership development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM's and ability to analyze data
