Visitors Who Apply For a Job – If you apply for a job through the Website, you will need to provide us with the following personal data: full name, phone number(s), e-mail address, city location and information you include on your resume (including work history and certain additional personal information).
Visitors Who Register For Services – If you elect to register for the Company’s Services through the Website, you will need to provide us with some or all of the following personal data: full name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address, website address, social media account information, work history and certain additional personal information.
Discretionary Contact With Us – The Website allows you to contact us electronically through e-mail. Whenever you make such contact, you will be providing us with some or all of the following personal data: your name, email address, phone number and any information you choose to include in the text of your message.
In addition, depending on how you use the Website, we may collect the following data:

“Do Not Track” Signals
We do not collect personal data about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services. Accordingly, we do not currently process or comply with any web browser’s “do not track” signal or other mechanisms that provide consumers with the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personal data about your online activities over time and across third party websites.
From time to time, we may allow third party companies to collect certain anonymous information when you visit our Website. These companies may collect and use data during your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements on other sites about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie or a third party web beacon to collect this information.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data while your account is in existence, or as needed to provide Services to you. We may also retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes between us and any third party, resolve any disputes between users, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Privacy Policy or our agreements with you, and for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis.
We generally delete or de-personalize closed account data if personal information is no longer needed. We may also retain personal data if requested by law enforcement or as required under applicable law, regulation or legal process.
Any removed information may persist in our backup files but will not be generally available to users. We will not endeavor to delete information contained in our backup files.
Modification To Information
We strive to maintain the accuracy of any personal data that may be collected from you, and will use reasonable efforts to respond promptly to update our database when you tell us the information in our database is not accurate. We do not currently provide you with online access to your application or registration information, or the ability to edit this information. It is your responsibility to ensure that such information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You may obtain from us, by e-mail, the registration information in our records and/or files. When you apply for a job or register for services through the Website, we may contact you from time to time via email, including to provide you with updates and other information regarding the Website and our services, unless you opt-out of receiving such information as noted below under the caption “Opt-Out.”

Third Party Websites, Advertisers And Applications
Career Group may reference or include links to third party websites. Career Group does not control and is not responsible for the third-party websites or for the privacy policies or information practices of third parties or their websites. Moreover, Career Group does not have access to, or control of, the cookies that may be placed by such third parties.
Protecting Your Personal Data
Because security is important to both you and us, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. The Company employs physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect the information we receive from you from unauthorized disclosure. This includes our requirement for user names and passwords to access certain information and data and our use of industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmissions. Users should not share their user names or passwords with anyone. The Company’s personnel will never ask you to divulge your password in written or electronic communications. If at all, we will only ask you for your password when you contact us by phone and only in cases where you request customer service to correct a service problem which requires your password.

Business Transfers Of Personal Data
We may, in the future, sell or otherwise transfer some or all of its assets to a third party. We currently do not sell data triggering the opt-out requirements of Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. We may require you to provide certain verification information so that we know that you are you. This can include verifying information that you provided via our Services. A “verifiable consumer request” means a request that is made by a consumer, by a consumer on behalf of the consumer’s minor child, or by a natural person or a person registered with the Secretary of State, authorized by the consumer to act on the consumer’s behalf, and that we can reasonably verify, to be the consumer about whom we have collected personal information.
