Front Desk Coordinator
Our client, a leading investment firm is seeking a highly motivated and service oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join their San Francisco office. In this role, you will serve as the face of the firm, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience while supporting daily office operations. This is a key position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and values discretion, attention to detail, and client service.
This role is located 5 days onsite the beautiful Presidio in San Francisco!
Salary: $75,000 - 80,000 + Bonus + Benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Provide primary phone coverage for the main office line
- Manage daily lunch service and coordinate catering needs
- Order and restock groceries, kitchen supplies, and office inventory
- Maintain an organized and well-functioning kitchen and copy rooms
- Oversee office equipment and coordinate maintenance requests
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage relationships with vendors, including weekly plant service
- Support the Office Manager with facilities-related needs and office upkeep
- Assist with planning and execution of internal events, including office happy hours, offsites, and holiday gatherings
- Coordinate monthly birthday announcements and team communications
- Print and bind marketing and presentation materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years in a service-oriented or administrative role, ideally within a corporate environment such as investment banking or venture capital
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and remain composed under pressure
- Professional demeanor and strong sense of discretion
