Hospitality Coordinator - Family Office
An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family in the Atlanta Metro area (North Side) is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to be an integral part of their household. This key role ensures the residence operates seamlessly, providing a personalized and exceptional experience for the family and their guests. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every interaction—whether hosting events, managing housekeeping services, or curating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the family’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute engaging activities and events tailored to the unique interests of the family.
- Oversee all logistical details, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for guests.
- Bring creativity and resourcefulness to event planning, providing a mix of entertainment, relaxation, and cultural enrichment.
Hosting & Resident Relations
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting residents and guests with enthusiasm.
- Anticipate needs before they arise, offering personalized service that fosters trust and comfort.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring inquiries and concerns are resolved promptly and with care.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with the family and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects hospitality at the highest level.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the residence, ensuring all spaces are luxurious and inviting.
- Oversee the quality of housekeeping services, ensuring every detail meets the residence’s elevated standards.
- Source and manage high-quality cleaning supplies while ensuring rooms are stocked with premium amenities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or customer service preferred.
- A warm, engaging personality that radiates positivity and charm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make guests feel valued.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with grace and composure.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service.
Additional Skills & Experience
- Strong bartending experience, including knowledge of craft cocktails and wine pairing.
- Experience with cigar service.
- A background in yachting or luxury hospitality, with familiarity in Silver Service and Turn Down Service.
