Executive Assistant – Private Equity Investment Firm
A leading private equity investment firm in the healthcare sector is looking for a self-starting Executive Assistant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience, enjoys working in a team environment, is adaptable and energetic. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a rapidly expanding investment team.
Responsibilities
• Supporting partner and team
• Calendar support, general admin support
• Travel coordination and preparation
• Meeting coordination and collateral
• Managing office logistics (office supplies, meals, packages, local errands/needs)
• Expense reports
• Gifting and other special projects
• Personal tasks as needed (minimal)
Requirements
• High level of organization and prioritization
• Collaborative nature, team player
• Trustworthy and has a desire to learn
• Ability to work on site
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter
• BA/BS Degree
