Loungewear Designer
Our client, a well-established wholesale apparel company, is seeking a Loungewear Designer to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy designer to lead the design direction for a growing loungewear and sleepwear division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong aesthetic sense, technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation while balancing commercial viability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends
- Work closely with technical design and production to make design adjustments
- Lead the design process for the entire loungewear/sleepwear division
- Create technical sketches and specs
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
Full time in office.
$80k-110k depending on experience
