Store Manager

Our client, a Fashion and Retail company based in California is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in Palo Alto, California! If you're passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and leading a team in a way that inspires growth, then this role is for you!

Must be able to work onsite in Palo Alto.

Salary: $75-90k

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver genuine and exciting interactions with every customer.
• Hire, train, and grow a team of rockstars by offering feedback, celebrating their successes, and keeping everyone motivated to succeed.
• Guide the team and ensure a high energy high and positive work environment.
• Ensure the store looks fresh, fun, and well-stocked.
• Manage store operations from back of the house to POS systems, to keep everything organized and running like clockwork.

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role.
• Strong management and team-building skills.
