Luxury Client Advisor

Our client, a luxury retail boutique, is looking for a professional and dependable Client Advisor to join their Beverly Hills team!

Responsibilities:‍

• Providing exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients, providing recommendations, answering questions.
• Identifying business opportunities, achieving sales quotas, preparing sales proposals.
• Operating POS, processing payments, online orders, and refunds.
• Responding to client concerns and complaints in a professional and constructive manner.
• Juggling multiple tasks at once, such as replenishing merchandise, assisting clients, and recovering the sales floor.

Requirements:‍

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail / high end jewelry.
• Must be able to work evenings and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• This is an on-site role. Candidates should be based in Los Angeles County to be considered.
