Part-Time Sales Assistant

A Well-Known Exclusive, Luxury brand is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join their Aventura boutique in a Temp-to-Perm capacity!


Responsibilities‍

• Welcome the customer following the established sales ceremony,
• Offer adequate support to the customer in the purchasing process;
• Build quality relationships with current and potential customers by keeping them informed about products and services,
• Always be available, attentive and kind in all business interactions,
• Communicate the feedback collected through interactions with customers and collaborate in achieving the Store's sales objectives.
• Previous experience in the retail world is required;
• Flexible hours and availability to work shifts

Qualifications‍

• Excellent customer service orientation: ability to engage in a positive relationship with the customer and understand their needs/expectations, proactivity in finding alternative solutions to resolve problems;
• 1-2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to communicate in an open, transparent and constructive way and to interact with different people both within the company and with customers
• Result orientation
• Speed of learning and ability to know how to move in a dynamic work environment
• Flexibility, ability to adapt and work in a team
