Sales Executive - Kids
Our client, a growing apparel brand, is seeking a Sales Executive - Kids to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key accounts, particularly off-price including, TJ Maxx, Burlington, Marshall’s, etc to maximize sales and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies for distributing apparel to better discount stores and major department stores.
- Oversee the selection, buying, and selling of kids' and pre-teen apparel, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals.
- Research market trends and competitor activities and adjust strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales projections.
- Ensure excellent follow-through in the sales and merchandising process, from order placement to delivery and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years in sales or merchandising within the kids' or pre-teen apparel sector.
- Strong understanding of apparel distribution channels and retailer dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead key accounts and manage relationships with major retailers.
- Demonstrated expertise as a merchant with an eye for product trends and customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
