Assistant Licensing Manager

Our client, a leading alternative fashion brand, is looking for a professional and dependable assistant licensing manager to join their Los Angeles team!

Responsibilities:

- Driving business by finding incremental opportunities and managing existing partners with the goal of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Negotiating and working with external partners (legal, sales, marketing) to execute agreements, programs, and audits.
- Assisting in defining and executing the business strategy while serving as the main contact for key licensors and working closely to communicate and resolve issues as they arise.
- Overseeing all stages of the licensed product approval process for designated properties and ensuring product is approved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing sales forecasts as requested, proactively tracking compliance, and adhering to all contractual requirements.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail with organizational and project management skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment.
- Regularly required to sit, stand.
- Occasionally will lift/move up to 20 pounds
