Temp Sales Associate

A Premium Coffee brand is seeking a temp Sales Associate to join their Boca Raton Kiosk in ASAP! You will help people discover just how easy it is to make smooth, delicious cold brew at home. You'll spark their curiosity, guide them through fun demos, and leave them pumped to grab their own machine. You don’t need to be a coffee lover to do this gig, you just need to have a passion for people!


*Full-time hours (Weekend availability is a MUST)

*ASAP - Mid January (Potential for extension)


Responsibilities:‍

• Product Demonstration + Sampling: Perform live demonstrations and engage customers through hands-on experiences, and getting samples in their hands!
• Sales and Upselling: Drive product sales by effectively communicating the value of the product.
• Customer Education: Help customers understand how to use and maintain the product
• Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, ensuring that the product displays are neat and well-organized, and keeping track of inventory levels to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner, maintaining a high level of product knowledge
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals, tracking personal performance and contributing to team success.

Qualifications:‍

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales
• LOVE to make a sale!
• Are passionate about engaging with people
• Are excited about learning about new things
• Are someone who people usually describe as friendly and energetic
