Sales Operations Manager

Our well-known heritage footwear brand client, is seeking a dynamic and seasoned sales operations manager to join their exceptional team!


*Remote, ideally resides in FL or surrounding areas


Responsibilities:

• Manage order process from PO entry, execution, and open balance to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Create seasonal calendar for PO Order and delivery windows
• Send monthly allocation status and ensure order are invoiced and shipped
• Track production process from confirming orders, cross checking order submitted vs. PO's confirmed
• Aid forecast planning process and data control/analysis
• Manage sample order process maximize market needs
• Monitor and control regional reported sales figures
• Detailed control and follow up on Receivables and Payments
• Provide insights and data analysis to support regional strategic decision making
• Develop and maintain sales intelligence reports
• Implement periodic market analysis and KPI's management dashboard

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, data analysis, BI within sales and operations
• Experience dealing with countries in Latin America
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for a structured approach to problem solving
• Background in managing with multi-regional and multi-functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Planning background ideal - supply/inventory management a plus
