Technical Project Manager

A Toy/Game company is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to work on a long-term implementation project. This position requires extensive experience managing large global projects, a strong understanding of finance systems, and expertise in project management tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a team and lead resource-loaded project planning while contributing to the modernization of our global operations.


While the position is fully remote, candidates must be able to work PST hours as needed.


Key Responsibilities:‍

• Manage and optimize the resource-loaded project plan, conduct resource leveling and ensure task completion tracking for milestones and deliverables.\
• Maintain alignment with project timelines and deadlines across workstreams
• Partner with the Program Manager to understand program priorities, risks, and dependencies, applying this knowledge to project planning.
• Support effective communication between teams to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Apply knowledge of finance business processes such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Planning, and Controllership to inform scheduling decisions.
• Understand and integrate SDLC key activities (e.g., testing, conversions, integrations, reporting, change management, training) into project plans.
• Create and present reports on resource capacity, scheduling conflicts, risk resolution options, and project progress.
• Utilize project management methodologies, templates, and tools to deliver actionable insights and ensure informed decision-making.
• Navigate and manage a high degree of change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all project adjustments are effectively communicated and coordinated across teams.
