Multimedia Designer
Our client, a Life Sciences start-up is seeking a Part-Time Graphic Designer. In this role, you will design compelling visual content that communicates our brand and message across various platforms. Collaborating with teams across marketing, creative, commercial, and medical departments, you will ensure all materials align with our brand identity, resonate with our audience, and drive engagement.
While the position is fully remote, candidates must be able to work PST hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging posts, ads, and templates for social media to maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence.
- Create and update email marketing templates (e.g., HubSpot) for campaigns, newsletters, and event promotions.
- Edit clinician webinar recordings and promotional/educational videos to ensure clarity, branding, and alignment with messaging.
- Design invitations, event flyers, brochures, product brag sheets, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update and visually enhance the events page on the website.
- Format and enhance speaker photos, bios, and conference materials.
- Perform quality control on company slide decks, graphs, and other presentations to ensure consistency and branding.
- Support internal initiatives, such as employee recognition materials, recruitment content, and holiday campaigns.
- Create professional Zoom backgrounds for virtual events and meetings.
