Administrative Assistant

Our client in West LA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work closely with the CEO, gaining valuable experience in high-level operations and strategy.  The ideal candidate is excited about joining a mission-driven team and has an interest in health and wellness, technology, and innovation.

What you’ll do:
• Provide administrative support by managing complex calendars, arranging travel logistics, and coordinating meeting logistics.
• Handle sensitive communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different departments to assist in strategic initiatives.
• Oversee daily office tasks and operations.

What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• 2-5+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
