Wholesale Marketing Manager

Our client, a fun-loving infant and baby apparel brand, is seeking an entrepreneurial and creative Wholesale Marketing Manager to join their team in New York. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing programs that increase visibility, strengthen account relationships, and drive performance across the brands wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement partner-focused marketing programs to increase visibility and sales across wholesale channels, including department stores, independents, and online retailers
  • Build customized marketing toolkits and campaigns for wholesale partners, including in-store signage, in-store events and partnerships, digital assets, co-branded materials, and email marketing support.
  • Lead planning and execution of trade shows & market, including booth layout, print materials, and lead capture strategies
  • Develop and enrich sales enablement tools such as product catalogs, buyer presentations, brand videos, etc.
  • Monitor campaign results, generate performance reports, and use findings to refine marketing plans and identify growth areas
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to support partner initiatives, exclusive drops, and promotional events
  • Ensure a unified brand voice across all wholesale marketing executions, preserving brand positioning across various touchpoints

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B or wholesale marketing, ideally within fashion, consumer goods, or lifestyle industries
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that drive partner engagement and retail performance
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines across multiple initiatives
  • Clear and persuasive communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and email marketing platforms; experience with Shopify or Klaviyo is a bonus
  • Deep interest in branding, retail culture, and shopper experience trends

$80k-90k depending on experience
