Litigation Paralegal

Our client, an asset management firm is looking for a dedicated full-time Paralegal ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the firm and clients.
• Communicate with clients for updates on case funding.
• Analyze case documentation, spot deficiencies, and escalate issues.
• Oversee the operation of our internal case funding database.
• Create detailed reports and spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Engage in various projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in personal injury, mass torts, premises liability, or litigation finance.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be able to work in our Miami (South Beach) office five days a week.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with legal and medical professionals.
