VP of Marketing

Our client, a fashion and accessories company, is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join their team! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-channel marketing, digital and creative strategy, and working with mid-tier and major retailers.

$175,000-$200,000 commensurate of experience

4 days on site, Fridays WFH

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to support business growth and achieve revenue goals.
-Lead and manage a team of 5-10 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
-Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
-Build and maintain relationships with mid-tier and major retail partners to drive brand visibility and sales.
-Utilize marketing metrics and data-driven insights to inform strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
-Ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
-Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), email marketing, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
-Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
-Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage an entrepreneurial approach to identify new growth opportunities.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
-10+ years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
-Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies.
-Demonstrated expertise in managing and executing complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
-Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, including social media, online advertising, and content creation.
-Proficiency in marketing analytics and the use of metrics to guide decision-making and improve campaign performance.
-Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/platforms.
-Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to inspire innovation within the team.
-Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams to achieve high performance.
