Wholesale Sales Coordinator

Our client, a luxury textile manufacturing company, is looking for a professional and dependable temp-to-hire Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join their Los Angeles team!

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with customer tickets on our CRM.
• Assisting customers via Shopify POS in-store.
• Follow up with B2B customers via CRM, email, and phone.
• Coordinate Swatch fabric program.
• Retail visual merchandising
• Collaborating with purchasing and sales departments to ensure required fabric inventory levels.

Requirements:
• Strong computer / IT skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willing to work hands-on with a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
