Senior Butler – UHNW Estate

Our client, an Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) Family, is seeking an experienced Senior Butler to oversee and coordinate all aspects of household operations at their estate in Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have a strong background in luxury service and estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and train the housekeeping team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Provide personalized service to the principals and their guests, including serving meals, handling personal requests, and ensuring their comfort.
• Assist with planning and executing formal and informal events, including setting tables, arranging décor, and coordinating with external vendors.
• Support meal preparation, including basic cooking, plating, and serving, as directed by the principal(s) or chef.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of household supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Oversee the organization and cleanliness of all areas of the estate, maintaining a polished and impeccable presentation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing the estate with grace and elegance.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the household.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end private residence or luxury hospitality setting.
• Full fluency in Spanish (required).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the household’s evolving needs.
