Facebook Ads Specialist (Media Buyer)
We are seeking two highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialists (Media Buyers) to manage and scale high-budget advertising campaigns. This role is integral to optimizing direct response marketing efforts and ensuring maximum conversions for a newly launching pet brand. Candidates must be fully committed to this role, as the company is looking for dedicated professionals who do not engage in side projects. The ideal candidate is results-driven with expertise in Facebook Ads, strong attention to detail, and exceptional analytical skills. They should be highly organized, able to multitask, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
This is a remote role, PST working hours are required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyze, and scale Facebook ad campaigns with daily budgets of at least $10,000, optimizing for sales growth while maintaining targeted KPIs.
- Develop, test, and launch new ads and targeting strategies to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Drive the creation of ad creatives by collaborating with internal teams to ensure a constant pipeline of engaging content.
- Implement and analyze A/B testing for creatives and campaign targeting, continuously iterating based on performance data.
- Provide regular performance tracking and reporting, identifying key successes and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot any obstacles preventing ad spend scalability.
- Stay updated on best practices in paid social media advertising and monitor industry trends and competitive strategies.
- Oversee campaign performance over the weekend and recommend necessary adjustments, with Mondays structured as a lighter workload (typically limited to bi-weekly meetings).
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience directly managing Facebook ad campaigns (this role is solely focused on Facebook, with no interest in Google/YouTube Ads experience).
- Proven experience handling daily ad spends of $10,000+.
- Strong background in direct response marketing and conversion optimization.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Hands-on involvement in the creative development process for ad content.
- Experience working with Video Sales Letters (VSLs) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic adjustments.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs) and comfortable with basic image/video editing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
