Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client, a well-known outerwear brand, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team in their New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile all account and vendor statements and factor statements on a monthly basis
• Experience working with large department stores such as Nordstrom, Macys marketplace, etc
• Maintain and organize Accounts receivable records

Qualifications:‍

• 4+ years’ of relevant A/R experience
• Experience with the A2000 or AS400
• Associates or bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong Mathematical Skills
• Ability to work in the NYC office full-time
