Executive Assistant to CEO - Thriving AI Company

Executive Assistant to CEO for Hyper-Growth AI Company

*This role currently requires a 6-day work week (Monday - Saturdays onsite)

Our client, one of the fastest growing companies in the world, is seeking an outstanding EA to support their dynamic, brilliant and kind CEO!

The Role
Our client is looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support their CEO directly. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help drive efficiency at the highest level of the company. You’ll manage schedules, lead projects, and ensure nothing stands in the way of momentum.

This is not your average EA job. You'll have direct visibility into the workings of an elite, high-velocity company—and you'll play a key role in helping scale it even further.

What You'll Do
- Own the CEO’s calendar and schedule: coordinate meetings across time zones, protect deep work time, and make space for what matters.
- Be the go-to person for high-priority communications—drafting clear, polished emails and presentations.
- Plan and execute events, offsites, and team experiences that people remember.
- Spot operational bottlenecks before they happen. Propose smart solutions and run with them.
- Coordinate with investors, partners, and top-tier external stakeholders with professionalism and confidence.
- Manage travel logistics, expenses, and anything else that removes friction for leadership.
- Tackle strategic and operational special projects that accelerate company goals.

Who You Are
- High energy and naturally enthusiastic
- Calm under pressure. You don’t get flustered when priorities shift or the stakes are high.
- Razor-sharp attention to detail with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experienced in supporting executives and handling confidential information.
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, G-Suite, Slack, and modern productivity systems.
- Excited about joining a small team where you’ll have real influence and ownership.

Compensation & Perks
- $100K–$180K base salary
- Performance-based bonus
- $10K housing bonus (if you live within 0.5 miles of the office)
- $1K monthly meal stipend
- Free Equinox membership
- Full health insurance
