Real Estate Attorney
Boutique real estate law firm seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel to clients involved in high-value acquisitions, financings, developments, and construction projects across various property types, including office, retail, shopping centers, industrial, and multi-family properties. This is a great opportunity to work with industry-leading clients and contribute to a wide range of complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Counsel clients on all aspects of real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, financings, developments, and construction projects.
• Negotiate, draft, and review contracts, including purchase agreements, financing agreements, loan documents, lease agreements, and development contracts.
• Work closely with clients, developers, lenders, investors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including reviewing title reports, environmental assessments, and other relevant documents.
• Provide strategic advice on risk management and dispute resolution in connection with real estate transactions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current on developments in real estate law and trends in the industry.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in NY and/or NJ.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, including a strong background in acquisitions, financing, and/or leasing; having an existing book of business is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of complex matters while maintaining attention to detail and meeting client deadlines.
• A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $150-300K base commensurate with experience plus discretionary bonus
This role is on-site in Manhattan four days a week.
