Executive Assistant

A private equity firm with a wonderful, family-friendly culture and gorgeous offices is seeking an additional Executive Assistant for their collaborative team. This is a great role for an experienced EA who thrives in a calm and professional environment.

Location: Monday – Friday in office in Greenwich, CT

Hours: 9am-6pm, no overtime expected  

Salary commensurate with experience: Base $110-120k base + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + 2 weeks’ vacation + sick/holidays, free lunch daily, 401k match

Seeking:
-7-10+ years of EA experience
-Financial services experience not required
-Client service oriented mindset
-Personality fit: calm under pressure, team player and strong communication skills
-Discretion and confidentiality are a must
-MS Office skills and Concur is a plus

Responsibilities:
-Primarily provide Executive Assistant support to a Managing Director and Partner, but also help the other execs in the office as needed partnering with other EAs
-Provide office support and coverage along with other EAs for greeting guests, ordering lunches, answering phones, stocking supplies and snacks, and ordering catering (this is not a front desk role)
-Extensive global travel booking
-Expenses via Concur
-Outlook calendar management and scheduling
-Ad hoc projects as assigned
