Admissions Coordinator

A compassionate and community-focused healthcare organization is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and their families. You’ll guide new patients through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth, informed, and supportive experience as they begin their wellness journey.


What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome clients and families with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through the admissions process
  • Handle phone inquiries, offering information about available programs and services
  • Serve as a supportive presence during a pivotal moment in clients' lives
  • Manage and organize documentation and ensure records are up to date and accurate
  • Maintain a calm, client-first attitude, even in high-pressure moments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in healthcare administration/admissions, or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a natural at putting others at ease
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus!
