Estate Manager – UHNW Family

Our client, an Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) Family, is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operations and management of their estate in Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess a strong background in luxury estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the estate’s security systems and protocols to ensure the safety of the property and its occupants.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all estate systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and technology.
• Maintain detailed records of supplies and valuable items located on the estate.
• Coordinate and supervise the upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance of all estate buildings and grounds.
• Hire, train, supervise, and manage household and grounds staff (e.g., housekeepers, gardeners, security).
• Source, negotiate with, and oversee external vendors and contractors for services such as landscaping, repairs, and specialized maintenance.
• Create, manage, and track the estate’s budget, including expenses for maintenance, staff, and supplies.
• Manage the estate’s calendar, coordinating schedules for staff, maintenance, and events.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the estate owner, staff, and external service providers.
• Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, filing, and managing insurance and legal documents related to the estate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-end estates or luxury properties.
• Full fluency in Spanish and English (required).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on the needs of the estate.
