Private Flight Duties

• Deliver first-class service aboard a private aircraft, ensuring a luxurious, comfortable, and safe experience for all passengers.
• Respond promptly to medical or emergency situations, adhering to FAA protocols and safety guidelines.
• Keep the cabin clean and organized, managing personal items and maintaining the overall appearance of the aircraft.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
• Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and addressing any special needs during the flight.
• Serve gourmet meals, beverages, and snacks, accommodating guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure all safety equipment is functional and cabin amenities are prepared.

Private Residence Duties

• Provide high-level household support, including food and beverage service, event coordination, and personal assistance to the principal and their guests.
• Assist in the flawless execution of in-home events, dinners, or social gatherings, ensuring every detail is managed perfectly.
• Manage errands, shopping, and other tasks as instructed, ensuring the residence operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in areas of the residence used for entertaining or guest relaxation.
• Anticipate and fulfill the needs and preferences of the principal and their guests, offering a highly personalized service.
• Assist in coordinating travel itineraries and logistics, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience as a flight attendant on private aircraft or within UHNW households.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, etiquette, and service protocols.
• Flexibility to travel frequently and accommodate changing schedules.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
