Executive Personal Assistant
Our client, a confidential and dynamic multi-strategy media group, is currently seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support the CEO & Founder. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is passionate about the business side of media and entertainment.
Must be hungry, resourceful, proactive, solutions oriented and have a lot of runway.
This role reports to the Flatiron, NYC office Monday – Friday
Base salary: up to $100k base DOE
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar and meeting management
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries
- Prepare and process expense reports, track payments, and manage invoicing
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners across multiple entities globally
- Assist with personal tasks, including estate and lifestyle management
- Support research, meeting prep, and administrative tasks across multiple companies
- Attend and facilitate weekly calls with business leaders across the organization
- Maintain confidentiality and act as a gatekeeper for the executive
- Execute ad-hoc special projects and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting a C-level executive or senior agent required
- Background in media or entertainment industry highly preferred
- Experience supporting UHNW individuals or founders a strong plus
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mac OS and Gsuite proficiency required
- Self-starter, solution-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial office setting
