Chief Operating Officer

A growing law firm is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead financial operations and strategy. This individual will oversee financial planning, analysis, and compliance while ensuring operational efficiency. This is an opportunity for a strategic financial leader to join a dynamic team.



Qualifications:‍

• At Director Level currently
• Industry experience in finance, medical, or professional services; law firm experience is a plus
• 8-10 years experience
• Self-starter with a 24/7 mentality
• Huge plus coming out of legal field

Compensation & Benefits:‍

• Salary: DOE
• Bonus: Discretionary
• Medical: 50% covered for single-person coverage

Work Environment:‍

• Reports to leadership
• Clearwater office-based, 5 days a week (hybrid flexibility available)
• Casual environment with flexibility for occasional remote work
• Approximately 25 employees in Clearwater, with additional offices nationwide
• Team includes attorneys, intake specialists, legal assistants, receptionists, and marketers
