Hybrid HR Manager

Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced and adaptable HR Manager to support its LA team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic environment with an incredible team. You’ll be the primary HR presence in LA and collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that support employee engagement and company success.

The role is on a hybrid work model, onsite in Century City. Salary range is $100k-$120k.


What you’ll do:
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations
• Support employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and workplace policies
• Administer and track leaves of absence
• Support benefits administration and enrollment provisions
• Collaborate with a nationwide team


What you’ll need:
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Experience in a large organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree required
• Occasional travel may be required
