Information Technology Support Specialist

Seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, collaborative team with a leading entertainment company. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding technical support - from imaging devices and resolving helpdesk tickets to supporting high-energy events and ensuring our showrooms are tech-ready. Type: Temp
Pay: $26-$30/hr
Location: El Segundo; on site
Schedule: 9am -3pm (could extend for special events)



Key Responsibilities:‍

• Configure and deploy PCs and MacBooks to new and existing users
• Resolve Level I and Level II helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Provide daily IT support throughout the office, buildings, and showrooms
• Offer onsite tech support for showrooms and special events, ensuring smooth operations during high-visibility moments
• Manage e-waste processes, preparing older devices for proper disposal or recycling
• Support ongoing IT projects by coordinating with users to install/remove software, update drivers, collect signed BYOD agreements, and more
• Collaborate with the broader IT team and contribute to additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (Level I/II)
• Proficient in both Windows and macOS environments
• Experience imaging and customizing devices for end users
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed for office and event setup
• A customer-first mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
