People Operations Manager

Our client, an entertainment company, is looking to hire a People Operations Manager in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities / Duties:

- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Manage internal communications related to HR programs and initiatives.
- Track and report on relevant people metrics and provide insights.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Support and promote company culture through various programs and initiatives.
- Manage and enhance core HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS, and employee records.
- Collaborate on recruitment processes and provide support to hiring managers with onboarding resources.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of performance management, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives.
