Executive Assistant

About the Role: Executive Assistant We're looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a global investment team. You’ll be instrumental in keeping the team organized, efficient, and focused on what matters most. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones with precision and flexibility • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and virtual sessions — including materials, room bookings, catering, and access • Organize comprehensive international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation • Process expenses and travel reimbursements accurately and in line with company policies • Maintain up-to-date contact lists, internal systems, and key documentation • Support visiting executives, partners, and VIP guests with top-tier hospitality and coordination • Assist in team recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and case study management • Organize internal events, staff activities, and offsites — from vendor sourcing to on-the-ground execution • Train and support colleagues on internal systems and tools as needed What You Bring: • Proven experience supporting multiple senior-level stakeholders in a corporate or financial environment • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in fast-moving situations • Proficiency in MS Office, expense management, and travel booking platforms • Flexibility with working hours and occasional extended support as needed • Event coordination experience is a plus • Degree is strongly preferred This is your chance to step into a role where you’ll be exposed to global leaders, meaningful work, and a mission-driven team with a long-term view on value creation in the tech space.
