Sales Associate - Luxury Jewelry

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service
-Greet, listen, and assist clients
-Stay up to date on jewelry product knowledge and suggesting jewelry based on the client's personal style
-Be proactive with client outreach and demonstrate strong follow-up skills
-Updating and monitoring sales recording and client database
-Receive product exchanges and repairs
-Track client deliveries
-Manage inventory and product replenishment
-Responsible for the development of your client portfolio

Requirements:

-3-5+ years of luxury/fine jewelry retail experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Additional language skills are a plus
