Managing Partner, Attorney
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Partner (Attorney) to lead and manage co-counsel relationships, oversee high-impact mass tort and arbitration campaigns, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge legal expertise with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm partners and co-counsel relationships.
- Lead the planning, execution, and performance monitoring of legal marketing and litigation campaigns.
- Ensure alignment on campaign expectations and deliverables across internal and external teams.
- Guarantee all campaigns comply with applicable legal, ethical, and advertising standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks; continuously optimize systems, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Provide strategic insight on emerging litigation trends and identify new campaign opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to help define and prioritize the company’s strategic direction.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff-side mass tort, arbitration, or personal injury litigation.
- Proven experience with litigation lifecycle management and large-scale case acquisition.
Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of mass tort and arbitration case lifecycles, from intake through resolution.
- Operational mindset with the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume campaigns.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
