Social Media Manager

You will lead strategy, execution, and community management across platforms, driving tune-in and building fan engagement around beloved series and entertainment IP. The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer with excellent copywriting skills, a strong understanding of entertainment fandom, and a passion for social-first storytelling.

Dates of Assignment: 6/2/2025 – 12/19/2025

Schedule: 9 am – 6 pm

Location: Santa Monica – Hybrid ; WFH Fridays


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organic social strategies to drive awareness, tune-in, and fan engagement across FAST channels and catalog titles.
  • Manage day-to-day social operations: plan calendars, schedule content, moderate comments, and conduct social listening and fan engagement.
  • Ideate and produce engaging, social-first content including copywriting, static/motion assets, and platform-specific creative.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, talent reps, and external partners for content captures, collaborations, and approvals.
  • Direct and give feedback to internal/external creative teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution.
  • Monitor social trends and fan activity to inform real-time engagement strategies and low-lift content opportunities.
  • Organize and manage content assets, including footage, clips, and creative deliverables, ensuring quality control and delivery flow.
  • Generate performance reports, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize strategy and execution.


Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of social media experience in the entertainment, media, or streaming space.
  • Proven success developing and managing organic social strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Strong writing, ideation, and project management skills with an eye for detail and a creative spirit.
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools, content management systems, and platform best practices.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Passionate about entertainment and connecting with fans across digital platforms.
