Personal Assistant

A kind and busy family in Greenbrae is seeking a capable and compassionate Personal/Family Assistant to support daily household operations and provide structured care and logistical support to family member. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organized, nurturing, and self-directed—someone who can keep a home running smoothly while helping scaffold a child’s daily routines and appointments.

5 days onsite in Greenbrae

Salary: $125 - 175k

Primary Responsibilities:
- Meal Prep & Grocery Shopping:
- Prepare simple, healthy meals for daughter during the day
- Plan and prep several family dinners per week
- Manage household grocery shopping and inventory

Child-Focused Support:
- Help structure and scaffold daughter’s day, activities, and school needs
- Drive to/from appointments 1–2 times per week
- Monitor and organize supplements, medications, and prescriptions

Household & Administrative Management:
- Schedule and follow up on various appointments (e.g., dentist, car service, vet)
- Complete post-appointment follow-up tasks and errands
- Handle errands including dry cleaning, mail, returns, and local pickups
- Shop for household, pet, and seasonal needs (supplies, gifts, etc.)
- Submit paperwork such as insurance reimbursement claims, school forms, etc.
- Maintain household tidiness and organize spaces as needed

Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in family support, ideally with childcare or special needs familiarity
- Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Warm, patient, and emotionally intelligent
- Tech-savvy and confident with basic admin tasks and digital calendars
- Reliable, safe driver with a clean driving record and insured vehicle
- Comfortable with a dynamic role that shifts between hands-on help and behind-the-scenes support
