Sales Stylist

Our client, a luxury Men's & Women's RTW brand, is seeking a Sales Stylist to join their team in New York! As a key representative of the brand, you will be responsible for offering full styling guidance while cultivating meaningful client relationships that lead to long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage clients, offering tailored styling advice to ensure an elevated shopping experience
  • Build a loyal customer base by nurturing long-term relationships and providing consistent, high-level service
  • Conduct regular client outreach to maintain connections and generate ongoing business
  • Organize and lead client appointments and consignment opportunities on a weekly basis
  • Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, ready to assist with walk-ins and appointments
  • Stay informed on seasonal collections and brand trends, using product knowledge to drive styling and sales
  • Uphold premium visual merchandising and ensure both front and back of house are kept pristine and organized
  • Support inventory management by efficiently moving product from stockroom to sales floor
  • Remain open to feedback and coaching to continually grow in the role
  • Support additional store operations and tasks as needed by store leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury fashion retail, with a focus on client styling and sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage and grow a book of business
  • Proven track record of sales performance and client retention in a high-end retail setting
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours, based on business needs
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and luxury clientele expectations
  • Professional presentation and strong alignment with the brand's aesthetic and values

$30-$35 per hour + commission

Fully onsite.
