Executive Assistant
The NYC office is centrally located on Park Avenue and will be home to a close-knit, collaborative group that values a positive culture as much as professional excellence.
Work Model: Full-time, Onsite (5 days/week)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base salary + Bonus + Full Benefits + 401(k)
The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Executive Assistant with 5–7 years of experience to support a small team of senior professionals in our NYC office. This is a unique opportunity to join at the foundational stage of the firm’s journey. You’ll play a critical role in keeping the team organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

- Enjoy being a true right hand to senior executives, handling both business and occasional personal tasks
- Take pride in being a team player who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities include:
- Extensive scheduling and calendar management for senior-level executivesCoordination of internal and external meetings, including video conferences, catering, and materials preparation
- Managing complex domestic and international travel logistics, with real-time adjustment as needed
- Preparing detailed expense reports using Concur or similar systems
- Answering and screening calls; message taking and call routing
- Creating and maintaining confidential files, documents, and reports
- Managing high-volume printing, binding, and distribution of meeting materials
- Assisting with both business and ad-hoc personal requests (e.g., making/canceling personal appointments)
- Supporting and collaborating with other EAs across the firm
- Executing special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 5–7+ years of executive or administrative assistant experience in financial services or a similarly fast-paced, professional environment
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Concur experience is a strong plus
- Experience coordinating complex travel and managing multiple executive calendars
- Prior exposure to visa application processes is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and follow-through
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude, excited to contribute to building a new firm
