Executive Assistant

A wonderful financial services firm in Midtown is seeking a highly professional, organized, and bright Executive/Personal Assistant to support a wonderful team (~5 executives) at their firm. The firm has a warm and collegial office culture with a close-knit administrative team. This is the perfect role for an EA that truly loves being a right-hand, gatekeeper, and go-to for their great team!

$115-135k base DOE + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits

ONSITE: Monday – Thursday, Friday remote (+Summer Fridays)

This role will provide professional support to ~5 executives ranging, in seniority. The ideal EA is extremely resourceful and has a true comprehension of their support role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Strategic management of calendars and understanding priorities, and important initiatives
• Meeting coordination for internal & external stakeholders
• Travel Arrangements (domestic and international flights, hotels, itineraries, car services, etc.), providing extensive knowledge and experience pertaining to travel planning
• Maintaining documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and general administrative support
• Preparation of meeting materials for distribution
• Screening of phone calls in a professional manner
• Collaboration with admin team members and handling special project support
• Adhoc projects include team event and conference planning

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of senior level executive support, preferably in finance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask efficiently
• A team focused attitude and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
