Membership Development Associate

Our client, a nonprofit, is looking to hire a Membership Development Associate on a freelance basis! This role is 5x/week onsite in NYC for 2 months!

Responsibilities:
• Drive new membership by identifying prospects of executives and industry leaders.
•  Create a robust pipeline and validate through the CRM
• Lead outbound research -- cold calls, cold emails, follow ups, warm leads
• Effectively communicate membership value and close new business with C-level executives across media, tech, sports, and entertainment
• Support the sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales with success in a quota-driven environment
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outreach
• Motivation and determination to close deals
