Associate Digital Strategist

Our client, a leading apparel manufacturing brand, is seeking an Associate Digital Strategist- Amazon & Marketplace Growth, to join their team in NYC! This individual will be responsible for overseeing product listings, implementing strategies to improve sales performance, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of our Amazon store, including monitoring performance metrics, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring listings are accurate.
  • Create and optimize Amazon listings, including product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and prices to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales, while staying within budget.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to set competitive prices, run promotions, and implement strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are consistent, track sales data to avoid stockouts, and manage order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer reviews, and other relevant data to provide regular reports on sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product reviews, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand pricing strategies, promotions, and other factors that impact the competitive landscape on Amazon.
  • Ensure that all listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines and policies, as well as maintaining the integrity of the company’s brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central tools and Amazon advertising platform (AMS).
  • Experience in product listing optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaign management.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), conversion rates, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with Amazon’s FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and inventory management.

Full time in office.
$70,000-$100,000 commensurate of experience
