Boutique Director
Our client, a prestigious luxury timepiece brand, is looking for a Boutique Director to join their Atlanta, GA team!
We are seeking an experienced Boutique leader who will be? An Ambassador of the Maison, responsible for the development and optimization of the boutique operations by leading and motivating the boutique team to drive sales performance and ensure outstanding client service, while maximizing sales and profit potential of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Boutique Sales and Performance
- Lead Customer Relation Management and exceptional Customer Service?
- Plan and participate in marketing and event activities for the Boutique for Marketing and Events
- Hold responsibility for Team Management and People Development
- Oversee Boutique reporting and operations
Qualifications
- 7+ years previous experience in management role (watches or high-value luxury product preferred)
- Technical Skills / Abilities
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities
- Knowledge of the local market
- Excellent computer skills (SAP exposure is a plus)
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Self-starter with team-player approach
- Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends
