Business Development Associate

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Business Development Associate with proven sales experience to join our fast-paced, and forward-thinking staffing firm!

We partner with the top organizations in finance, fashion, creative, hospitality, real estate, and luxury goods on their hiring needs and are looking to expand our Miami portfolio.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly self-motivated, driven, outgoing and disciplined individual who is eager to take their sales career to the next level by marketing our bespoke recruiting services.

What you will be doing:‍

  • Locating potential new business by contacting prospective clients and selling our recruiting services through cold calling, networking, client lunches/visits/meetings, etc.
  • Collaborating with our recruiting teams to provide the best customer service and creative staffing solutions to new clients
  • Identifying market trends by delving into industry news and publications, researching events, and tracking individual contributors
  • Staying current with our vibrant industry by seeking out educational opportunities, maintaining personal and social networks, and participating in professional organizations and attending career fairs and events

What you should bring:‍

  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales, agency or professional services industry
  • Previous experience and comfortable with cold calling and cold outreach
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding presentation skills
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast paced, creative environment with unlimited growth opportunity
