Director of U.S. Properties / UHNW Family

An UHNW Family is seeking a Director of Properties for their US portfolio. Candidates must be highly experienced in estate management and operations. This role can be based out of NYC, SF, or Austin.



-Oversee overall operations and team management across properties
-Work with PMs to ensure scheduling, staffing, and property operations are adjusted in alignment with needs and the family’s movements
-Develop, implement, and support Property Managers in upholding household policies, procedures, systems, and trainings that maximize efficiencies, creates consistencies, and ensure a high level of service across properties; identify areas of opportunity and recommend new ideas/improvements
-Understand Principals’ preferences and standards; ensure they are shared, implemented and upheld across properties
-Working with Property Managers and vendors, oversee all interior and exterior maintenance, projects, and repairs (such as HVAC, security systems, professional cleaning, plumbing, electronics, appliances, AV/IT)
-Working with PMs, source, review and authorize vendor selection
-Review and approve all vendor and service provider invoices; partner with accounting and -PMs to facilitate payments and manage budgets
-Lead interior and exterior design projects
-Oversee construction and renovation projects, acting as the principals’ representative
-Communicate effectively, thoroughly, and consistently with the team, maintaining a deep understanding of the status of each property

Compensation range: $275k-350k base
