Sr. Production Associate
Our client, a home and apparel company, is looking for a Sr. Production Associate to join their team in Secaucus, NJ!
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing communication with overseas home goods manufacturing partners
- Monitor production schedules, key milestones, and shipment timelines to ensure timely delivery
- Review, evaluate, and sign off on samples, pre-production approvals, and final production details
- Uphold product quality standards, packaging accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with suppliers on pricing discussions, lead times, and production capacity planning
- Identify and resolve production challenges in collaboration with factory partners
- Work cross-functionally with product development, design, and logistics teams
- Maintain detailed production tracking and reporting to support visibility and accountability
Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in production or factory management within home hardlines
- Strong knowledge of overseas manufacturing operations and global supply chain processes
- Exceptionally organized with a high level of attention to detail and deadline management
- Clear, confident communicator capable of holding factories accountable
- Proactive, solutions-oriented professional with strong ownership mindset
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
