Executive Assistant

Our client, a high-performing Private Equity team, is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a senior Partner/Co-Head and a small group of senior investment professionals. This role is critical to the day-to-day effectiveness of the team and requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate at a high velocity. Salary: $130 - 150k + Exceptional Bonus & Benefits‍

Location: San Francisco, Financial District‍

Schedule: Hybrid - 4/1


Responsibilities
- Proactive, complex calendar management for senior leadership
- Coordination of internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Thoughtful meeting preparation, logistics, and follow-through
- Coordinating highly detailed travel logistics and expense management
- Clear, professional communication to ensure priorities remain aligned and operations run smoothly
- Close partnership with another Executive Assistant to support the broader team


Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in the finance industry
- High level of intelligence, strong judgment, and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Professional, discreet, and composed; maintains confidentiality at all times
- Highly responsive with strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Degree required
